Our toughened safety glass is 4 to 5 times stronger than ordinary glass of equivalent thickness. This glass is 6 times more resistant to thermal stress in comparison to ordinary glass. It can also withstand temperature difference of 250°C (in a range of 50° C to 300° C) compared to ordinary glass which can withstand up to 40°C. Our product is induced with compressive stress of 10000 to 20000 PSI on surfaces and not less than 9700 PSI on edges. Our glass when breaks falls into relatively harmless fragments with no sharp edges, thus preventing major injuries.

We manufacture and offer tempered glass that is popularly known as tempered safety glass. Our range of tempered glass is used in place of ordinary glass in various applications that require increased strength and also reduces likelihood of injury in case of breakage. Our range of tempered glass are applicable in automobile, bus body, railways, ships, electrical equipment, home appliances, solar heaters and solar photovoltaic. Our tempered glass does not break easily by missile impact, thermal stress, wind pressure or other applied loads.

Avail from us, our heat strengthened glass that is a semi tempered glass which retains the normal properties of ordinary float glass. The different properties include chemical resistance, hardness, expansion and deflection with the exception of strength and breakage characteristics. Our range of heat strengthened glass is 2 times stronger than ordinary glass of equivalent thickness. This product is 3 times more resistant to thermal stress in comparison to ordinary glass. It can withstand temperature difference of 100°C (in range of 50°C to 150°C) compared to ordinary glass which can withstand up to 40°C.

Induced with compressive stress of 3500 to 10000 psi on surfaces and 5500 to 9700 psi on edges, these products are largely used in various applications. This glass is difficult to break compared to ordinary glass but unlike toughened safety glass it breaks typically edge to edge and fragments. We offer our heat treated glasses in various glass types like: polished edge, bevelled edge, stairfinish edge (OG), shape cutting, cutting for patch fittings, counter cut-out, hole cut-out, holes for handle and knob, counter sunk holes, frosting, sand blasting and etching and screen printing.
