Working with Gantry principal, SIL Lasers incorporates ball screws and linear guide ways, with Rapid speed up to 40 meters/min and HIGH Acceleration.

The system can be fitted with Lasers from 100 watt to 5.0 kW using latest laser technology involving very low maintenance. High-speed Servo motors. Laser moving Design, Auto focus Z-axis with Cutting heads designed to have easy change of lenses allowing switch over to another material in few minutes.

» Laser Marking Systems

SIL provides Laser Marking Machines for marking applications on materials such as metals, plastics, ceramics, etc. Our unique auto focus arrangement takes any type of material to the beam precisely and fast ensuring every time you mark, the quality is the same. The marking field that you can get is from 100 x 100 mm to 400 x 400 mm. The marking speed that you can get is upto 700 characters per sec. We can provide marking machines using different technologies such as Lamp Pumped Nd:YAG Laser, Diode Pumped Nd:YVO4 Laser & Diode Pumped Fiber Laser. The machine comes with an alignment laser.

» Laser Engraving Machine

Our Laser engraver can be used to process the following materials and many more. Metals can be processed to small depth with special coating. The materials that can be processed are Rubber, Leather, Fabric, Wood, Glass, Marble, Stone, Acrylic, PVC, etc. The machine comes with non-rusting Al extrusion with attractive covers, easy opening for loading / unloading and easy approach for servicing. The machine is available in table sizes from 8" x 12" to 36"x 36" along with z-axis support. The machine gives resolution of upto 1200 dpi with repeatability of 25 micron. The machine is air-cooled and works on single-phase supply. The machine comes with an alignment laser.

» Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser System

SIL offers laser P1 series laser diode module for applications such as, alignment, bar-coding, measurement, security, laser excitation, etc. They are available in the wavelength range of 532 nm to 980 nm and power range of 0.5 mw to 50 mw. They come with features such as auto power control, collimated laser beam and reverse polarity detection.

» He-Ne Lasers

SIL series He-Ne lasers are available in hard sealed laser tubes in the power range form 0.5 mw to 25 mw. These lasers are available in two models namely laser head with built-in power supply & separate power supply. These lasers are available in red, orange, yellow & green colors. The beam diameters are in the range of 0.53 to 1.49 mm and beam divergence in the range of 0.8 to 1.47 mrad.
