This is cabinet type pneumatic super blaster machine that works on suction principle of lifting abrasure media to the blasting gun. High pressure compressed air when injected through venturie creates suction on the side of air injection. This suction pressure so created is used to lift abrasives which mixes with the high velocity compressed air creating soft blasting. These super blaster machine are used for glass bead blasting, alumina blasting of soft metals like aluminum dicasting, carving on glasses, roughening of stones. Various standard and special size machine are available for selection.

We offer surface pressure blaster model SPB-9182. This surface pressure blaster is from the family of pneumatic shot blasting machine and is suitable for units with moderate output. The blast cabinet is of 900 mm x 800 mm size with a pressure vessel below the hopper. The abrasive stream is propelled with high velocity air current creating abrasion on the components. The components can be exposed to the blast stream by maneuvering it under the blasting Stream. If the components are bigger they can be kept on the floor of the blast cabinet or on a rotary table provided as optional accessory. Other optional accessories are motorized tumblast basket & rotary table with mounted track extension.

A large variety of electrically operated gront pump are manufactured to provide 6, 12, 24 Kg/Cm working pressure & 500 to 3000 ltr per hour output. Grout pumps are latest type of positive displacement pump with low maintainer Cost and high efficiency. Also offered with the pump is a Twin mixing tank. Upper tank which is used to mix the Cement Grout & Lower tank is used as operating tank with an agitator to keep the Grout as homogeneous mixture. Pneumatic Gront pumps manufactured are working on double acting piston plunger principle.

This shot blasting machine with Y-conveyor is having two blast wheels & a blasting envelop of size 1000x1200 & weight capacity 1.0 tons. Blasting envelopes size & weight capacity of hanger can be changed as per customer need and accordingly the no. of blast wheels are increased to achieve full coverage. Out of two manual push pull trolleys one is in side the blast cabinet where blasting is carried out, the other is outside the blast cabinet for loading & unloading of components. The trolley’s movement on rail track has a change over arrangement for shifting of trolley.

To effectively blast clean big components surface international provide blast room systems, or abrasive recovery system. These blast room are equipped with proper light, dust collector, main door with louvres & portable blasting machine. The abrasive recovery system of the blast room can be mini hopper type where in the abrasives falling in to the hopper are carried to the cyclone with suction air current. These abrasives get cleaned during the process & recirculated. The other type of abrasive recovery system is mechanical recovery system with screw conveyors & bucket elevators. These system also conveys the material to the blasting machine through screw conveyor & bucket elevator system and the abrasives get cleaned in the course of movement to the portable blasting machine.
