The pneumatic grout pump we are offering has piston dia 9"/ stroke 12", with grouting grouting hose 15 mtrs. With X1" ID and grouting pressure gauge these machines are highly durable & last for long.

Guniting MachineOperating Principle:

Surfex' pneumatic guniting machine we are manufacturing are meeting the high demand in construction industry by providing concrete spraying technique. We have two models to deliver two different output. The model D -3 portable, medium duty guniting machine & model D.:6 which is a heavy duty machine for production work. The machine is used for guniting of swimming pool, repair and rehabilitation of structural and Tunnel lining etc.

• 'Surfex' guniting machines continuously feed dry or damp material into the compressed air stream.
• The introduced material is carried with strong acceleration through guniting hose to guniting nozzle.
• At nozzle water is added to the mix.
• The hydrated material is pneumatically forced at very high velocity on to the surface. Its specifications are mentioned in the table below : Having piston dia 9' / stroke 12' , with grouting grouting hose 15 mtrs. X 1' ID and grouting pressure gauge.

Surfex' Rotor type shotcrete machine works on a dry mix principle. The material is filled in the feeding hopper from where it falls into the chamber of revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in continuous process to the air chamber. From there it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the spraying nozzle and to the application area respectively. Driven by electric motor, water is added to dry concrete in the nozzle at end of the conveying hose pipe.

It basically contains following parts :

• Material hopper having volumetric capacity 2500 ltrs. It is mounted on load for measuring weight.
• Screw drive with 2HP variable AC drive augur controlled by PLC.

Working Principle:

•  The fine coke powder is fed into the main hopper.
•  The metered quantity of powder is transferred into the secondary hopper of the coke injection machine through screw conveyor driven by AC variable drive.
  
• The transfer of quantity is controllable.
• The PLC displays the total quantity in the hopper and the rate of transfer as well as the quantity transferred.
  
• The rate of transfer is equal to the rate of injection of coke powder into the furnace.
  
•  The con
• ke transferred into the machine works on dry mix principle.
  
•  The coke powder is duly filled into the feed hopper from where it is transferred into the revolving rotor, from where it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the hot gunning lonce / coke injection lance.

It emails positive displacement type of pup, hose pipe (length - 7.5 meters x 1 length), spraying nozzle assembly, electric motor with gear box and DOL starter.

 Operating Principle:

• The wet mix is poured into .the hopper of the machine, from where it is transferred into the positive displacement type of pump.
  
• The pump conveys material into the material hose pipe.
• At the end of hose pipe spraying nozzle is located which spray the material on the surface with the help of compressed air.
• The machine is provided with type by pass system to regulate output, pressure gauge to measure material pressure etc
