Pneumatic Recovery Works best with light weight media,such as agricultural,plastic,glass bead or aluminium oxide. In Surfex section Pneumatic Recovery Sysyem ,dust and media fall through funnel shaped holes into channels beneath the floor.High velocity air carries this media and dust to the reclaimer.Because there are no moving parts,pneumatic floors are simple to operate and maintain. Pneumatic recovery requires the use of a reclaimer-a type of cyclone separator to separate blast media from the dust ,debris and fines.

Air Shot Blasting Machines
These machines blast shot by mixing it in a compressed air flow. The blasting process is performed manually. The essential protective gear for the worker is supplied with the machine itself. We are also offering automation as per customer requirement.

Injector cabin with filter
The injector shot blasting cabin is used for manual blasting of small & medium sized workpieces, which are inserted into the cabin through the side opening. The worker puts his hands in the working area through the oval openings on the front side of the cabin. The openings are equipped with gloves made of wear resistant rubberized material.


Complete shot blasting boxes
The shot blasting box is a machine used for manual blasting of workpieces of arbitary size and shape. The blasting performance is determined by the number of pressure blasting sets connected to the machine & by the performance of the air compressor supplying the machine.

Hand-held shot blasting sets
This device consists of a pressure blasting vessel & of the protective gear for the worker. The pressure vessel is attested & is equipped with a dosing device. During the blasting process, the vessel is hermetically sealed from the inside which enables the necessary air pressure to be built up. This is used to feed the shot through the feeding valve into the compressed air flow.

Pressure cabin with filter
The pressure shot blasting cabin is used for blasting small and medium sized parts. Its usage is similar to injector cabin. However, the different technology enables higher blasting performance.

It emails positive displacement type of pup, hose pipe (length - 7.5 meters x 1 length), spraying nozzle assembly, electric motor with gear box and DOL starter.

Operating Principle:

•The wet mix is poured into .the hopper of the machine, from where it is transferred into the positive displacement type of pump.
•The pump conveys material into the material hose pipe.
•At the end of hose pipe spraying nozzle is located which spray the material on the surface with the help of compressed air.
•The machine is provided with type by pass system to regulate output, pressure gauge to measure material pressure etc.

It basically contains following parts :

•Material hopper having volumetric capacity 2500 ltrs. It is mounted on load for measuring weight.
•Screw drive with 2HP variable AC drive augur controlled by PLC.

Working Principle:

• The fine coke powder is fed into the main hopper.
• The metered quantity of powder is transferred into the secondary hopper of the coke injection machine through screw conveyor driven by AC variable drive.
• The transfer of quantity is controllable.
• The PLC displays the total quantity in the hopper and the rate of transfer as well as the quantity transferred.
• The rate of transfer is equal to the rate of injection of coke powder into the furnace.
• The coke transferred into the machine works on dry mix principle.
• The coke powder is duly filled into the feed hopper from where it is transferred into the revolving rotor, from where it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the hot gunning lonce / coke injection lance.
• The lance is directed to the furnace for pouring of coke powder / spraying of refractory material.

Surfex' Rotor type shotcrete machine works on a dry mix principle. The material is filled in the feeding hopper from where it falls into the chamber of revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in continuous process to the air chamber. From there it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the spraying nozzle and to the application area respectively. Driven by electric motor, water is added to dry concrete in the nozzle at end of the conveying hose pipe.

Guniting Machine

Surfex' pneumatic guniting machine we are manufacturing are meeting the high demand in construction industry by providing concrete spraying technique. We have two models to deliver two different output. The model D -3 portable, medium duty guniting machine & model D.:6 which is a heavy duty machine for production work. The machine is used for guniting of swimming pool, repair and rehabilitation of structural and Tunnel lining etc.


Operating Principle:
•'Surfex' guniting machines continuously feed dry or damp material into the compressed air stream.
•The introduced material is carried with strong acceleration through guniting hose to guniting nozzle.
•At nozzle water is added to the mix.
•The hydrated material is pneumatically forced at very high velocity on to the surface.
