Also, in our company we pay our utmost attention in the procedure of quality testing of both raw material and finished products. The chief raw materials used in our production process comprises of steel, spring and bearings, CRCA sheet and stainless steel.

Our Manufacturing Facilities

We possess a huge infrastructure which comprises of state-of-the-art machinery and latest technology which enabled us to keep pace with the current trend of the prevailing market demands. Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 10,000 sq. ft. with an installed capacity of 5000 units.

In fabricating our wide range, we use premium quality CRCA sheet and stainless steel as essential material for SURGITECH products. This forms right base which is appropriate for further processing. For better finishing and longer service stability, we use nine tank epoxy powder for coating treatment. Pretreatment followed by phosphate of the product made from chief quality material, prepare necessary base for further powder coating process. We again apply epoxy powder coating which gives scratchproof epoxy coat on the product.

Apart from this, we also possess an in-house design unit which is backed by our own CAD/CAM department to enable us to cater wide usage of hospital equipments all across the world.
