Our technology has been fully developed by Mr. Aaloke Surie, a mechanical engineer from I.I.T.-Mumbai, with a post-graduate degree in machine tools from Aachen University of Germany. SURIE POLEX is not dependent on technology on any outside agency. We have thus been able to systematically grow substantially in production terms every year. With each increase we have been able to absorb all inflationary cost increases by improvement of process, productivity and reducing overheads per unit of production. Wherever possible we have passed on the benefit to the customer. This process is an unending one.

Our thorough and guaranteed seven-step system of grinding and polishing of floors to achieve glossy floors of natural stone has lead to a minor revolution in the floor polishing market. Our newest products for the Indian market are diamond tools for floor polishing. These tools bring the latest technologies to India in the form of metal bonded and resin bonded diamond tools. Providing faster cutting, longer life and better polish on all floors these new and innovative products are all set to bring about the next revolution in floor polishing in India.

Machines:

SURIE POLEX is the original designer and manufacturer of the most widely used floor-polishing machine in India. Our latest innovation is the High Speed Polisher with 3 Planetary discs. The first of its kind in India, this machine uses the planetary system to substantially increase the speed of work and yet give highest levels of gloss on all surfaces like concrete, granite, terrazzo, mandana, kotah, marble and vitrified tiles. Our other machines are Slab Polishers, Strip Polishers, Edge and Chamfer Polishers, Portable Slab Polishers for pre-polishing skirtings, risers, platforms etc.

Cleaning:

SURIE POLEX has recently launched its line of stone care products and cleaning chemicals and has also tied up with Columbus Cleaning Machines of Germany to offer world class cleaning machines to the Indian market.
