Stone care Sealers

It is a solvent based impregnating sealer that gives water & oil repellent & grease resistant treatment for marble, granite, mosaic & concrete. The stone is allowed to breathe, the natural color of the stone remains unchanged. It allows moisture vapor transmission and is UV resistant. Stainex allows for easy removal of oil, grease, paint, etc. from treated surfaces.

Instructions for use:-

1. The surface must be clean, dry nad free from all layers.

2. always prepare a small test patch to determine efficacy & coverage. Natural stone is unique and color enhacement is possible.

3. Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture until the developement of the water repellent effect.

4. Depending on the absorbancy 2 or more coats may be necessary. Apply each coat fuuly and evenly with abrush, roller, sprayer or a fluff free cloth.

5. Remove surplus material with suitable cloth or fabric.

6. The water and oil reppellent effect begins after a few minutes and the product is fully cured after 24 hours.

7. Sufficient ventilation (approx 2-3 days) is necessary when using the product in food areas.

Resin

Instructions for Use:- Remove the required amount of glue from the can & add the necessary  hardener as directed below. Never put unused resin back into can. Always use seprate spafula to take out rtesin from the can. The surface to be glued should be clean & dry. Strictly observe the above rules. Standard rules for mixing haedener are : Dosage : 100 parts glue - 3 parts hardener.

Hardenening time (gel time) 3-7 minutes  at 25 degree C with 3% of hardener. Do not use hardener with any other kind of resin

Avoid direct sunlight & moisture untill the developement of repellency. to ensure deep penetration apply 2-3 coats. Apply each coat fully and evenly with a brush, roller, spraying device or a fluff free cloth. remove surplus material with suitable cloth or fabric. Repellency begins after a few minutes but the product is fully cured after 24hrs. Ventilation for 2-3 days is must in food areas.

Grout Sealer

Grout Sealer is a premium, solvent based, deep penetrating sealer that offers maximum protection against dirt, oil & water based stains on cement joints for ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles and natural stone. It allows moisture vapor transmission and is UV resistant. It may be used for interior and exterior applications.Great for tile countertops, floors, and walls. Natural look.

Method of Application:- Alloe new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 72 hours proir to application. Grout joints nust be clean & dry. Apply using a soft-bristle paintbrush, narrow roller or sponge paint applicator. Allow sealer to completely penetrate into the grout for 15-20 minutes. Liberally apply a second coat. wipe up all excess sealer from the surface within 5 minutes of application. Use a clean, dry, lint-free, cotton towel or mop to remove excess sealer. A full cure is achieved after 24-48 hours; foot trafic may begins in 4 hours. Clean applicator tools after each use. Ventilation for 2-43 days is a must in food areas. the product may be reapplied as needed to grout joints that are clean.
