We offer deep freezer up to 70 degree, which are ultra low temperature deep freezers that have heavy duty cascade type cooled refrigeration system and hermetically sealed compressors with very low noise level.

Construction : Inner chamber of our range is made from superior grade stainless steel and is insulated with high density expanded polyurethane (PUF) insulation for minimum temperature loss. The outer body is made from M.S. sheet pretreated and duly powder coated.

Temperature : Temperature of -70°C is tropicalized to operate under ambient conditions of + 23°C. For controlling the temperature, our range is incorporated with a specially designed solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator.

INDUSTRIAL DRYING OVEN/ TRAY DRYERS

Construction : Triple  walled outer chamber made of mild steel constructed with the help of heavy angles  iron frame and inner  chamber with aluminum paint,  gap between the both chamber is 75mm with insulation of high grade glass wool , Temp. controlled by Digital Temp. Controller cum indicator  from 50° to 400°C  with an accuracy of ± 5°C  Heavy duty blower is provided inside the chamber and   1/2HP electric motor provided  with gear  pulley system out side of the oven. Control panel provided right side of the oven having Digital Temp. controller cum indicator , pilot lamp indicator , MCB , Motor starter, on/off switch energy regulator , etc. and ventilation  is provided  on the top to the roof. The casing is made of thick MS sheet (reinforced with iron angles for high temperature models). Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80ºC. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1100ºC and 1450ºC, 10ºCtemperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a 'Sunvic' Energy Control or a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.
