Our range of B.O.D incubator consists of a double walled chamber fitted with cooling and heating systems outer is of mild steel, finished in powder coating paint. The back wall of our range is triple walled mounted on castor wheels. Further, the special grade mineral wool insulation on our range can prevents heat losses, full view inner acrylic door allows inspection of samples without disturbing temperature of chamber.

We offer deep freezer up to 70 degree, which are ultra low temperature deep freezers that have heavy duty cascade type cooled refrigeration system and hermetically sealed compressors with very low noise level.
Construction : Inner chamber of our range is made from superior grade stainless steel and is insulated with high density expanded polyurethane (PUF) insulation for minimum temperature loss. The outer body is made from M.S. sheet pretreated and duly powder coated.
Temperature : Temperature of -70°C is tropicalized to operate under ambient conditions of + 23°C. For controlling the temperature, our range is incorporated with a specially designed solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator.
Our well equipped manufacturing unit assist us in designing and developing environment test chamber. These are available in robust construction, triple walled and uniformity for temperature throughout the chamber. The casing is made of thick MS sheet (reinforced with iron angles for high temperature models). Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80ºC. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1100ºC and 1450ºC, 10ºCtemperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a 'Sunvic' Energy Control or a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.
