Deep Groove Ball Bearing
The Deep Groove Ball Bearings offered by us have high speed and are widely used as radial bearings. Available in a wide variety of seal, shield and snap-ring arrangements, these bearings are used when axial loads from two directions have to be transmitted & there is not enough space to allow installation of matched spindle bearings and when speed is less important when compared to required guidance of the rotating parts.
- Comprises of deep uninterrupted raceways
- Ring grooves are circular arcs made slightly larger than the radius of the ball
- The balls make point contact with the raceways
- The inner ring shoulders are of equal height
Advantages of Deep Groove Ball Bearings:
- Sustain radial, axial, or composite loads.
- Provide both high-running accuracy & high-speed operation
- Can replace high speed angular contact ball bearings
- Simple design
- Maintenance free
- Longer service life
Angular Contact Ball Bearing
We are engaged in distributing Angular Ball Bearings that are manufactured using the SAE 52100 standard bearing steel. Consisting of inner and outer rings that are displayed in respect to each other, in the direction of the bearing axis, the ball bearings are accommodated to combine radial and axial loads in either direction. With increasing contact angle, the axial load capacity of these bearings increases. Our customers can purchase these from us at industry leading prices.
Thrust Ball Bearing
The Thrust Ball Bearing offered by us comprises a blowout patch, a seat ring, steel balls and a holder. The thrust bearing is mainly used to carry the axial load and applied on automotive steering gear and machine tool main shaft. When load is properly applied to this bearing, the internal contact points get aligned on a plane parallel to the shaft. In our range, we offer two types of Thrust Ball Bearing namely Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearing and Double Direction Thrust Ball Bearing. We also meet customized requirement.
Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearings:
Our range of Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearings consists of one row of balls, which rotate between a housing washer and a shaft washer. They can be mounted separately. Single direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate axial loads and locate shaft axially in one direction. Single direction thrust ball bearings with machined window type cages have suffixed MP (brass) or FP(steel). These bearings are available in various sizes and can be customized as per our bulk buyers requirement.
Self Aligning Ball Bearings:
We offer Self Aligning Ball Bearings that are suitable for applications in areas where there are chances of misalignment due to errors in mounting or shaft deflection. The bearings have self aligning features and hence the steel balls, cage, and the inner ring can rotate freely at a certain angle automatically adjusting the misalignment caused due to the machining and installation of the shaft. Our Self Aligning Ball Bearings are used on commercial grounds for shafting purposes Since the installation is simple they are often used in equipment with drive shafts. The self aligned ball bearings are manufactured using superior quality steel. They are available in various sizes and can also be customized as per the buyers requirement.
Self Aligning Ball Bearings
We have in store for our customers quality range of Self Aligning Ball Bearing that is offered with a spherical raceway in the outer, Self-aligning ball bearings of series 112 and 113 have an extended inner ring. They are located on the shaft by dowel pins engaging in a slot at one side of the inner ring. If a shaft is supported by pairs of self-aligning ball bearings the slot must be in opposition to each other.
Four Point Contact Ball Bearing
The Four Point Ball Bearings have raceways enabling accommodation of axial loads in both directions. These bearings require lesser axial space and have two part inner ring thereby enabling large number of balls to be incorporated and carry larger loads. These four point contact balls are separable that are designed to accommodate axial loads and are arranged as thrust bearings with radial clearance. These advantageous products find application in a number of industries.
Spherical Roller Bearings
A new generation of spherical roller bearings and rod ends is bringing new levels of performance in a broad range of application areas.
We are introducing a new generation of PTFE-fabric lined bearings. The TX-Line bearings show superior performance to the previous plain bearing design and will thus replace it.
The TX-Line spherical plain bearings are designed to support heavier loads for longer or the same load for even longer. It fits perfectly into ’s ambition to provide maintenance-free products and solutions to their customers.
