Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is internally divided into various departments such as manufacturing, testing, warehousing and packaging. All units are well-developed and equipped with latest tools, machines and technology that are required for producing an unmatched range of Seats & Berths for Bus & Railway Coaches. Manufacturing Process

Polyurethane Processing

We have very advanced facilities to process polyurethane foam. PU foam is made by mixing polyols and iso-cynates in a predetermined ratio and weight. This highly complex task’s accomplished by high pressure PU machines. These are fully computerized. A very high degree consistency is achieved by these machines. The result is foam with very high strength & resilience. We are fully equipped to provide flame retardant PU as per customer's requirement. The foam is regularly made to standards like FMVSS 302, CA 117, BS 5852, CRIB 5 and IS 7888 for flammability etc.

Fabrication

Our fabrication shop is fully equipped to handle and process different metals, as per the customer requirement. As per the design requirement, we can fabricate the seat structure in mild steel, stainless steel or in aluminium to given standards.

To perform this task we use CNC plasma cutting machine to get the desired profile. Our plasma cutting machine is fully computerized and can cut different materials to a thickness of 30mm.

Alterations can be quickly incorporated in the design. The metal profile is further worked on using hydraulic and mechanical presses. We use CO2 based welding technology for the perfect blend of strength and finish.

Paint shop

Our paint shop is fully equipped with latest machines for power coating. Proper Cleaning, De Greasing and De Rusting is done to the components before the application of paint.

Trimming

Fabric cutting is done with motorized fabric cutter by the professional trimmers. Single, double & multi needle machines are used. The fabric can be pile based or flat jacquard, real or imitation leather.

Assembly

Our seats due to their design and in built-modular nature are very easy to assemble. This is accomplished using different tools and accessories.
