Incepted in the year 1985, Suvarna Fibrotech Private Limited is a manufacturer, Exporter and supplier of Fiberglass composite moulded products (FRP/GRP/CFRP) with the industrial belt of MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, the company is into the manufacturing of wide range of FRP products.
Under the guidance of our mentor Mr.P.I.Varghese we have ourselves as world Class Company in Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic has come a long way and has now has its branches in Vellore (Tamil Nadu), Cochin (Kerala). The third branch at Chakan MIDC (Pune) is under construction and has reached its completion phase which will be capturing the automobile, Railway & Electrical sector.
We are supported by trained & experienced staff, whose valuable support & dedication, in fiber glass industries has enriched the company's repute They undertake the responsibility of fabricating FRP products by taking into consideration of shape and loading conditions be it Chemical ,Defense, Construction, Automobile, Energy and Marine
Our huge warehousing facility facilitates us in feeding bulk stock in an organized manner and thereby supports us in meeting huge market demands. We invest considerable amount of our resources in widening our network distribution so that we can meet the clients’ requirements within stipulated time frame.

Our Network
We have a vast distribution network across the country which helps us in meeting bulk requirement of our clients within a stipulated time frame. Our well built and ultra-modern office in Pune (Maharashtra) serves as our head office and encloses an area of 2007 sq. meter. In order to expand our horizons, we have established two other branch offices in Vellore (Tamil Nadu) and Chakan, (Pune) that are sprawling across an area of 10930 sq.mtr and 4655 sq.mtr., respectively.

Quality Assurance
We are known as a dependable organization that is busy in manufacturing and offering FRP products of international standard. We have a team of quality inspectors who keeps strict vigil on the entire manufacturing process right from the procurement of raw material till the final shipment of finished products. They conduct regular inspection at different stages of manufacturing and only flawless products are moved further to the next stage of fabrication. We tests the designs before the production process starts and follow the rigorous testing for every product for their durability, safety, ability to withstand adverse environmental conditions, corrosion resistance features and other to offer FRP products of international standard. Some of the important tests carried by our quality inspectors are as following:

Manufacturing Facilities:
We boast of two well-established manufacturing plants built over an extensive area of 5000 sq. feet with installed capacity to produce 2000 units per month. Our production unit is strategically located and is well connected with proper transportation facilities such as port, road and others, which enables us to serve our clients with ease. It is encompassed with various latest and technically advanced machines, which allow us to cater the bulk requirements of clients, within a predetermined time frame. Some of the machines installed in our fabrication unit include:
- Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM),
- SMC (Sheet Moulding Component)
- BMC (Bulk Moulding compound)
- DMC (Dough Moulding Component)
- Filament winding machine
- Vacuum foaming machine
- PU injection machine
- RETRAM-TP series machine
Our RETRAM - TP series machine is built for covering dispensing capacities of 60 kg & 100 kg. Used for resin rolling and spraying applications, the RETRAM machine is ideal for dispensing several grades of polyester and vinyl ester resins. The catalyzed and accelerated resins are kept separately in two pots. Further the accelerator/catalyst, pigment, fillers, additives and others are thoroughly mixed in each of the pots by using an efficient stirrer. By opening an appropriate valve on the control panel, the resin streams (from the two pots) are allowed to mix in a static mixer, which makes it feasible to have increased pot life of mixed resin during injection period. |
