Control Panel Logics
We manufacture control panel logics, which act as the controlling center for a wide range of automated processes and systems. These specially designed Panel Logics containing multiple inputs and outputs to simulate switches. These Panel Logics are highly durable and can be programmed to offer computer enabled interfaces and network options.
We design and develop PLC Panels with power wiring for machine tool industry for sequencing.

Process Control Panels We offer highly reliable process control panels, with specially designed PID controllers housed in the same. We are capable of offering customized Process Control Panels. The embedded PID controllers describe how the panel changes the value of its output and thereby brings the device to a desired state. Highly efficient, these are used for a range of electronic applications.
- We have manufactured PID Controllers for M/S Moore Controls, India.
- We manufacture Power MCC Panel Compartmental type for usage in Steel Rolling Mill.
- We have developed Power Distribution Panel for Hydraulic Power Pack and Test Stand for client M/S Eaton Vickers, Pune, India.

Control Panel For ETP
We manufacture high on performance control panels for Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), specially designed for monitoring & controlling industrial effluents. The control panel comprises of power control modules that supply and monitor electric power to the treatment plant.
We have developed Control Panel for Effluent Treatment Plant for our customer Chemion Engineering, Pune, India.

SPM Machine Control Panel
We manufacture SPM machine control panels, based on the specifications as laid down by the customer. These SPM Machine Control Panels are designed as Hydro-Pneumatic Machines to work on the Electrical Switchgear Logic. These specific machine control panels are widely used in a range of industrial and machine control applications.

Boiler Control Panels
We manufacture sturdy and reliable boiler control panels specially designed using PLC control logic with a sequence controller. These boiler control panels are equipped with adjustable reset ratio and reaction time to prevent short cycling. Our boiler control panels come with an adjustable minimum water temperature and an optional outdoor starter.

Plasma Welding SPM Torch We also offer plasma welding special purpose machine (SPM) torches, specially designed to feed power through a DC Motor. These plasma welding torches can be customized for light duty, medium duty and heavy duty applications. Straight barrelled and water cooled, these Plasma Welding Torches are highly reliable, cost-effective and are widely used for a range of electronic applications.
- We have done Actual Welding Trials of Plasma Welding Machine and Desk Type Operator Pendent for customer: Audco India, Chennai, India.
- We have also manufactured Plasma SPM Torch with Powder Feeding through DC Motor.

- We have in house facilities for fabrication of Control Boxes of IP-54/55 standards.
- We provide standard available fabrication as well of reputed makes like Rittal EL Steel etc., depending upon customer's requirement.
- We have in house facilities for powder coating/ liquid/ polythene painting with seven tank cleaning process.
- We have a factory plot of 5000 sq.ft with 4500 sq.ft buildup space for assembly of control panels.
- Our Panels have been tested by third party inspectors like ARAI, MECON, Mukand Mecnally for standards.
