Films In the past, various backing material have been used for
stabilising thin meshed, wide meshed, stretch fabrics, hoisery etc. kind of
materials for giving dimensional stability and tautness to the mother fabric
for embroidery. These backing material include non woven fabrics, tissue
paper, heat shrink films etc. All these materials have an adverse effect on
the environment as well as in certain cases to human beings.

woven interlining provide specific functions such as absorbency, liquid

ability, cushioning, filtering, bacterial barrier and sterility. These
properties are often combined to create fabrics suited for specific jobs,
while achieving a good balance between product use life and cost.
