application benefits:

• no yellowing tendency on whites
• in case of dyes : no significant effect on light fastness. Slight shade change may occur with dyestuffs sensitive to formaldehyde and acid. No tendency to thermo migration

• imparts stiffness to synthetic fibres. No adverse effect on celluloses

applications & how to use:

• on 1005 cellulosics/wash and wear finish 100-140 gl finish -kvs
  
• on polyester/cellulose blend a) shirting - 40-60 gl finish -kvs b) suiting - 40-60 gl finish -kvs
• pad to about 100% pick-up, shock cure 160ºc for 40 seconds. This finish reduces the tendency for threads to be plucked out from the fabric. The fabric is rendered which is easy to handle in cutting and other stages of garment making

product properties:

resin –kvsn low – formaldehyde cross linking agent. It is a reactant type of finishing agent which gives excellent crease recovery, dimensional stability and lasting embossing effects on cotton, viscose and polyester – cellulosic blends. Resin – kvsn produces permanent press finish on cotton and polyester cotton fabrics. It gives good fastness to washing and pronounced resistance to chlorine. An outstanding feature of resin – kvsn is that the light fastness of goods finished with it, particularly those with reactive colours, is not impaired.

RESIN – UF is a specially modified formaldehyde base condensate used for finishing of viscose and their blends with cotton, acetate, polyamide or polyester.

It can be used for producing glazed and embossed effect on cotton and rayon goods besides imparting dimensional and crease resistant property to the treated goods.

Color / Appearance : Colourless to very pale yellow colour liquid.

pH : 6.8 to 9.2

Solubility : Miscible with cold water

Stability to storage : Minimum 3 months when stored below 34ºC

RESIN - UFis used for finishing of different fabrics as follows:

For 100% Cotton: 65 to 85 gms/liter of RESIN - UFis used along with a suitable catalyst.

For 100% Viscose-Rayon 85 to 110 gms/liter of RESIN - UFis used along with a suitable catalyst.

For PE/Cotton/Viscose Blends: 70 to 100 gms/liter of RESIN - UFis used along with a suitable catalyst.

For stiff collar lining: 110 to 165 gms/liter of RESIN - UFis used along with a suitable catalyst.

In many cases RESIN - UFis also used along with non-ionic softeners, PE emulsions or with PVA emulsions to get the required body and finish to the fabric. every processing unit has its customized “recipe” to use SUYORIN-F. After the application, as given above, the fabric is generally pad-dry and cured at 140 to 150ºC for a period of 3 minutes.

• resin – mf is a resin whose addition to a pigment printing paste enhances it fastness properties especially scrubs fastness and wet rubbing fastness. It is particular effective for prints taken on knitted cellulosic fabric like hosiery and on cotton, polyester cotton, polyester viscose and polyamides. It is useful for the economical finishing of interlining fabrics to impart a permanent handle. Winfix-s. L. Is fully compatible with all binders.

1. It can can be used in both kerosene and aqueous printing systems.

2. It is also used for imparting stiff handle to polyester fabrics and all its blends.
