In the year 2006 the company had diversified its business with Coco peat manufacturing. The region where the manufacturing plant located, is blessed with plenty of water supply and natural resources, the soil in this region is particularly suited for the growth of coconut trees. Product ApplicationUSE of Cocopeat As a mulch, or when added to soil or as part of a growing mix, Coco-Peat survives in soil five times longer than peat moss. It also makes a welcome and much needed addition to bedding plants that love airified, loosened soil, retaining high moisture content, yet releasing moisture as needed to growing root hairs Coco-Peat is a 100% organic, weed and pathogen free substrate, providing superior plant growth and is recommended for production of all grains, vegetables, flowers, fruits in all gardens, farms, potting mixes and other growing mediums. Cocopeat is an excellent substrate for both vegetable and flowering plants. It has many applications as an effective soil conditioner and soil free substrate. Cocopeat is ideal for potting mixes, seeding nurseries, mushroom farming, hydroponic growing, golf course construction and landscaping.

Quality Policy / ProcessesWe take great care to ensure that our customers receive the best quality cocopeat. Our products are consistently monitored at every stage of the production process, from the time of raw material sourcing to the time the finished product leaves our factory.
It is important to note however that cocopeat comes in various grades, and can actually be detrimental to plant growth if it contains salt residues from poor processing. To assure our customers do not experience this problem, we have adopted a rigorous manufacturing process. Once we have sourced our raw material from selective mills, it is then progressively washed with fresh water from a natural spring to reduce the Electric conductivity levels and other impurities. The cocopeat is then sun treated, screened and graded before being processed into various cocopeat products for horticulturists worldwide Our team of quality control work with common procedures on all our production sites, checks are made throughout the manufacturing process right up to dispatch of the Finished goods.
To ensure production homogeneity each site has a laboratory that carries out regular tests throughout the production process. In addition samples are taken of the products sent in order to ensure good product evolution.
