Our range of surface winders has gained huge appreciation in the market for their host of exclusive features. These are available in various size such as 54 124 (10 increments). These fully automatic heavy duty machines are appropriate for large diameter rolls. The surface winders operates up to 25 ft/min handling roll diameters up to 40 and 3000 lbs and are offered with heavy duty motor, in-line gear box and a set of steel and rubber nip rollers. Rolls are changed automatically at a set length where the rolls are cut by a fly cutter and unloaded with the use of hydraulic arm. These are a constant winding pressure achieved by the horizontal movement of the carriage. The surface winders are also grouped in face-to-face, back-to-back, or two-stage arrangements for sheeting.

The custom built slitting cum rewinding machines we offer are similar to that of duplex machines. These machines only has one rewinding spool are widely used for slitting the borders to maintain the width. The entire range can also be customized as per the requirement detailed by the clients.
