• Inner basket is directly mounted on the drive motor
• Along with thermal and anti humidity insulation, the motor is suspended with a coaxial setup
• To assure a simple and safe operation, all machines have the necessary door lock mechanism and continuous current braking system

The range of Non Coaxial Hydro Extractor that we design comes with standard controls, electrical and safety limit switch which are located at the loading door. In order to reduce high initial torque, ferrado brake lines with tensioners and matched V-belts drive, with spring loaded friction has to passed through the drive from the hardened main steel spindle to the hydraulic clutch. Further, to allow vibration free extraction on balanced loads and smooth operations it is constructed using rugged close grained graded cast iron along with pedigreed hydraulic transmission clutch.
