• Sole Marketing Company in South India for “Small Wonder” brand of ISI approved baby feeding bottles/ nipples through a distribution network of over 220 FMCG distributors spread over almost all important towns in these 4 States.
• We are the Sole Direct Importer for India & distributor of P-Love brand of  Disposable Adult Diapers from Malaysia.
• To leading hospitals and medical device manufacturers, we are also a supplier of leading imported brands of Sterility Assurance & Validation products, Sterilizable packaging, Instrument Cleaning and Lubrication solutions and other hospital consumables such as gauze mopping pads,surgical and examination gloves, non woven Patient Gowns and O.T procedure kits/packs .
• Under the able and efficient guidance of our key management team, our Group has grown substantially from about 40-45  distributors to about 220 strong distributors across the 4 Southern states. It has implemented a systematic work culture, with fair and mutually rewarding business policies and enjoys strong rapport with its distribution network. It has also established a reputation as a financially stable, trustworthy and well run company both with the present suppliers and with the trade and also with its various customers in the hospital/ institutional business segment.
  

Our main focus relies on meeting the requirements of our market in the stipulated time period. With our strong consumer products distribution network and direct customers in the hospital/institutional business segment  and tie-ups with major manufacturers and importers, we have been constantly supplying our products in an efficient and cost effective manner to our various customers in both segments of our business.

We are the sole authorized importer in India for P-Love Adult Diapers from Malaysia. It is an excellent and top quality product providing value for money to the end user.These disposable diapers are supplied directly to end users such as Old Age homes, hospitals and through a wide network of medical and departmental stores to the individual customers. This excellent product is available all across South India and in Goa and we are presently looking in other States for distribution tie-ups with financially sound parties having a good distribution network in their respective areas of business.

In the consumer product distribution business presently we enjoy a mutually beneficial association with over 220 stockists who effectively and capably supply our products to over 50,000 retail outlets all across South India along with their other main line products. Including our own field staff and that of our various distributors, we would be having over 600 sales persons reaching out to various retail outlets in a systematic fashion on a daily/weekly basis. Most of our distributors are also distributors of leading FMCG companies such as Godrej, Dabur, Colgate, Reckitt Benkiser, Johnson & Johnson, CavinKare, etc who enjoy good relations with the retailers.

Some of our medical products like disposable gowns, drapes and O.T kits/packs are sourced from high quality manufacturers and are customized to individual user requirements.

The Sterility  Assurance and Validation products such as Process Indicator tapes,Steam/ ETO Process Integrators, Air Removal validation in Autoclaves through Bowie Dick Test Packs, Biological Indicators, etc. are sourced from RAVEN Biological Laboratories, USA a reputed international company in this field.

The Sterilizable medical packaging products- both flat and gussetted reel and in pouch form are sourced from AMCOR Flexibles, France again a world leader in this segment.

We are proud of the fact that we are one of the first consumer products that our infant customers start out in life with. Probably Feeding bottles and nipples are the ones that touch their lives very early on. Hence it is very important to provide a very safe, reliable and top quality product. Parents are the buyers of our Babycare products and they therefore do realize this importance and trust our brand resulting in sales volumes growing year to year.
 
Our “P-Love” brand of imported disposable Adult diapers is very useful and essential in cases of Adult/Geriatric incontinence brought about by old age-related illnesses, paralytic strokes and accidents. In these situations, maintenance of personal hygiene is paramount, the convenience of both the care-takers and the affected matter a lot and yet the whole experience has to be easy on the pocket without compromising on quality. Hence our customers such as professionally run Old Age Homes, Senior Citizen Retirement Homes, Nursing homes and hospitals that provide geriatric and Accident/Trauma care and individual Homecare-providers, etc find our “P-Love” Adult Diapers an excellent choice.

The following key people are involved in running the business:

S. Viswanathan: Mr. S. Viswanathan is the founder of the company. He has more than 40 years of work experience in the FMCG sector. He has worked with several reputed consumer product companies. His last employment was with J. L. Morison Ltd from where he retired from a senior position after over 30 years of service. He has been a key driving force for us with his significant presence as our mentor.

L. G. Ramaswamy: Mr. Ramaswamy is an MBA from XLRI,Jamshedpur one of the top business schools in India. He is having more than 20 years of experience in consumer durable products and telecom services. He has worked with several renowned companies like Motorola and Blow Plast Ltd and Tube Investments Group in various locations all across India.

Asha Ramaswamy: Ms.Asha Ramaswamy is one of the key members involved in the financial and administration side of our company. She has more than 10 years of work experience in various leading financial services companies. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (from ICFAI,Hyderabad) and is actively involved in the business operations and sales administration.

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we ensure that all the products handled by us are conforming to national and international quality norms applicable to that category.Besides the actual sales activity, we also try to ensure that the quality of other service rendered by us to our various customers in the form of Sales quotations, documentation such as warranties, product literature and proper usage instructions and safety precautions,etc and other communications are also timely, clear and unambiguous.

All these little but collectively important aspects go a long way in ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction.

We have a sales team of 25 people headed by experienced Area Sales Managers/Executives. Our sales personnel are fairly well equipped and undergo continuous on the job training in all aspects of product knowledge and detailing, managing relations with retailers and distributors, sales data analysis and work planning.

The top management team is also traveling regularly to various markets and shares its inputs with the team members. We conduct regular skill enhancement sessions for our sales and office teams in order to help them to perform consistently in the best and most efficient possible way.Our employee retention record is pretty successful and the few who do leave our employment do so in a very positive way.

Similarly our imported “P-Love” disposable adult diapers are made using top quality raw materials and technology to give the customer an excellent product at a very competitive price.
 
Our entire imported medical/ healthcare products come from leading world class manufacturing companies such as Raven Biological Laboratories, AMCOR Flexibles, BIHOS, FAMOS, Enzyme Solutions Inc, etc and these products conform to various applicable international quality standards such as EN, BS, ISO and AAMI specifications. Our properly defined standards, effective distribution network and efficient and prompt communication are crucial for maintaining fair and good relationship with both our existing clientele as well as generating business from new customers.

We are present both in the consumer product and in the medical/ health care sectors. We have an excellent consumer products, disposable adult diapers, baby feeding bottles, etc. distribution network across all 4 States in South India and also a direct sales structure for Institutional business with hospitals, clinics and medical device manufacturers.

Our Consumer Products cover the Baby care segment with our excellent product range of Baby Feeding bottles, Nipples, Breast Nipple Shields, Baby Sipper mugs, Soothers, Powder Boxes with Puffs, Baby Hair brushes and Feeding Bottle/Nipple Cleaning Brushes.

In the Adult care segment we directly import from Malaysia and distribute the “P-Love” brand of Adult Disposable Diapers which has excellent product features making it a real Value for Money proposition.
 
In the Medical/ Healthcare segment we deal with excellent imported products from world class manufacturers. These products cover the Sterilisation Assurance and Validation aspects pertaining to Operation Theatres (O.T) and Central Sterilisation and Supply Departments (CSSD), Sterilisable packaging  reels and pouches and wrapping papers, Instrument Cleaning Enzymatic Detergents and Lubricating solutions, Sterilisable shoes, Disposable Non-woven patient Gowns, OT procedure kits/packs and other disposables.

We are currently on the active look-out to add synergistic products to both our consumer and medical/healthcare businesses.
