Adding to its manufacturing strength 'Swajit' has full fledged Well Equipped Laboratory & Testing Facility

Laboratory is one of the most critical unit enhancing the manufacturing and quality functions.

  Swajit' having full fledged inhouse metallurgical, chemical and  mechanical testing      laboratory.

  Chemical composition of raw material is checked to confirm the presence of elements like      carbon, manganese, silicon,  chromium, nickel, molybdenum etc.,

  Mechanical properties are tested in our own laboratory by adopting the defined procedure.

  Macro examination of raw material is undertaken to reveal the defects such as internal      soundness porosity and seams.

 Microscopic examination is carried out for estimation of non-metallic inclusions in the raw     material.

 Heat treated parts are subjected to the testing of case and  core hardness, case depth, case     carbon, case and core structure and tensile strength.

All tests are sincerely carried out on regular basis which in turn simplifies further operations and help us to give the best quality output to our customers.

1. Suppliers and services of raw materials subject to our own high quality standards, hence are procured exclusively from reputed steel mills.

2. After receiving the raw material these are tested extensively for their chemical, structural, dimensional & metallurgical properties.

3. In process inspection & testing is done as per the quality plans, drawing or stipulated specifications with the help of standard gauges and measuring equipments.

4. All measuring test equipments that can affect the product quality are identified & calibrated as per specified intervals.

5. Finish goods passes through rigorous test for dimensional, hardness, proof load & breaking load as per Indian and International standards.

All these measures and their output is sufficient enough to prove that we just don't make efforts to understand the clients but we involve means to get the resultant.
