Small belts for portable sanders:

These small belts are manufactured by using specially treated aluminum oxide bonded in Resin/ Glue/ Resin (Bond Code – BX-63) and resin over resin (Bond Codes BX-45, BX-72) backed with heavy & light weight cotton backing cloth ensuring operational flexibility.

These small belts are specially developed for ready to use with all popular portable belt sanders like Bosh, Makita, Black & Decker, Atlas Copco, Miranda, AEG, IEC etc. used in varied industrial operations right from moderate stock removal to fine finish. These belts are available in following sizes  - 228x10, 330x10, 391x90, 398x27,42, 400x60, 410x65, 440x35, 451x15, 470x38, 50, 471x40, 481x38, 50, 508x75, 520x20, 533x75, 550x100, 610x75, 620 x25,100, 635x50, 675x250, 700x50, etc or as per the specific requirements.

Sleeves:

Small sleeves or spiral bands are manufactured with resin bonded Aloxide Interlined Cloth. These small sleeves are manufactured in regular cylindrical shape as well as in conical shape as per the requirement. During operation these sleeves are mounted on rubber mandrel having spindle for clamping in pneumatic holders.

Cylindrical sleeves are available in following size range:

• OD -  25mm To 150mm
• Width - 25mm to 150mm
• Grits - 60 to 220

Applications:

Grinding, Blending, Deburring, Smoothening, Finishing And Polishing Of Flat And Contoured Metallic, Non Metallic, Wooden Surfaces, Insides of hole and any other hard to reach areas.

PSA Discs
Manufactured by using specially treated aluminium oxide grains, PSA & velcro disc are added with anti loading & clogging agent backed with cotton cloth. This ensures superior resistance to loading resulting in longer life & ability to withstand at high pressure during the operation.

PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) & velcro disc are provided with a special adhesive on backing cloth to stick the discs on the PSA disc backing plate or disc holder. The adhesive coated side is covered with release paper for its quick launching. They adhere securely to the backing plate or disc holder without risk of slipping or flying off. Also after removing them from the backing plate or disc holder they never leaves residue.

These discs are manufactured by using Heavy weight cotton cloth for ensuring longer life in all types of applications including high speed applications. The discs manufactured with light weight cotton cloth backings are more flexible & can be used for specific applications.

Velcro Discs
Velcro Discs are provided with VELCRO CLOTH on backing cloth to avail easy removal & replacement on the disc holder. These discs have vital advantages over the PSA discs. Due to air circulation system in the hook and loops of the Velcro the frictional heat generated during operation gets circulated & radiated outward resulting in keeping the discs cooler & increase in the life of the discs. These discs are well preferred in the applications like wood sanding, auto body sanding and solid surface material sanding.

Velcro Discs are available in plain type as well as with 6 & 8 nos. of air circulation holes of Ø 10mm at 65mm PCD on 4.5”, 5” & 6” discs.

Applications:

PSA And Velcro Discs are mainly used with orbital sanders for finishing of sheet metal works in automotive industries, wooden & metallic furniture industries to remove grind line marks and press flashes prior to painting.
