We are engaged in offering a wide range of abrasive rolls that is manufactured by using specially treated aluminium oxide grains & bonded in Resin, Glue, Resin (Bond Codes - BX-63, RGR, TIGER) and resin over resin (Bond Codes - BX-72, BX45) bonds backed with light and heavy weight cotton cloth backings. Abrasive rolls are available for wide range of applications right from hand sanding to mechanical sanding operations in wood, auto-ancillary, stainless steel fabrication, metallic & non-metallic furniture manufacturing, building & construction industries, etc.

Applications: - Rolls have majority usage in hand sanding operations required in wall surface preparation prior to painting, earlier primer/paint removing, also useful in wood working and furniture industries for finishing.
- In automotive industries for finishing, lapping & polishing of crankshafts, camshafts, and other machined and ground components.
- Grinding, finishing and polishing of stainless steel surfaces in ss fabrication industries like manufacturers of dairy equipments, chemical and pharmaceutical processing equipments, petrochemical and oil refineries manufacturers etc where the surface finish is the prime requirement.

We are offering cartridge rolls that are manufactured with premium resin bonded Aloxide Abrasive cloth. The basic feature of these cartridge rolls is that during operation a new cutting surface is uncovered with the gradual wear of top layer. These are available in two shapes Straight & Tapered. A mounting arbor is essential for taking them in to use.
Available in Following Sizes:

- Width - 25mm to 50mm
- ID - 6.00mm
Applications:
Cartridge rolls are suitable for a range of applications like grinding and polishing channels, fillets & redial and any other hard to reach areas, corners, edges etc.
