These flap wheels are manufactured by using specially treated aluminum oxide grains & bonded in resin over resin bond (Bond Code BX-72) backed with specially processed cotton cloth backing suitable to maintain uniform flap wear during operation so that with every rotation of the wheel fresh cutting edges will come up which gives chatter free, non loading & non rubbing operation resulting in uniform cutting with consistent finish.

These MOP wheels are backed with specially processed cotton cloth backing & are mounted on 6 mm diameter spindle. These are suitable to maintain uniform flap wear during operation so that with every rotation of the wheel fresh cutting edges will come up which gives chatter free, non loading & non rubbing operation resulting in uniform cutting with consistent finish. Its flexibility & superior bonding of flaps with spindle are the added advantages during operation.
