We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the manufacturers of a wide range of precision turned and engineered brass components relating to various industries and applications, viz. Electrical, electronic, automobiles, home appliances, hardware items, fasteners (like hex nuts, dome nuts, hex bolts, washers, machine screws), plastic & bakelite industries (viz. Brass moulding inserts, moulding nuts, strip connectors / inserts), conduit fitting accessories, p a system components etc. Etc. In short, we manufacture & supply all types of brass components as per the individual and specific requirement of the customers, based on sample and / or drawing. Over and above brass components, we also supply components manufactured from other non-ferrous metals, viz. Copper, gunmetal, phosphorous bronze & aluminum. |
Quality Policy / ProcessesWe are having experience of more than 20 years in the field of brass parts manufacturing & supply. As said earlier, we are having all the required standard gauges etc. for inspection. Our inspection starts right from the first stage of production to the last stage of pre-despatch procedure. We adhere to the strict quality control standards. Where required, we conduct 100% checking / piece-to-piece / one piece checking of the material supplied by us, whether it is in the quantity of hundreds, thousands or lakhs.
