Mr. Adkar is one of partner and he is qualified Engineer and having vast experience by working in Limited companies for 16 years and also 10 years for trading experience of pipes and last 5 years in this manufacturing unit. Our unit is the very first time in Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial belt.
OUR QUALITY CONTROL :
Our quality control department is manned by well experienced engineers. A rigid vigilance is maintained to ensure that only quality products are sent out of factory. Raw material and finished products are tested by chemical composition, tensile strength, elongation, thickness and tolerance. The Pipes & Tubes are
subjected to the Bend, Flattening, Elongation & Tensile Tests to ensure weld strength.
They are tested hydraulically to the pressure of 51 kg per Sq. cm. to ensure that there is no leakage. Each pipe again undergoes visual checking for proper finishing & straightness.
