Our Production Capacity
To implement bulk consignment in an effective manner, the machines are tested many times and again for proper oiling and lubrication. At our in-house design unit the range is designed and developed using CAD/CAM software to ensure they are in compliance with the latest industrial trends. The entire range is closely monitored using advanced testing facilities at the quality testing unit, to ensure flawless range is delivered at users end. Quality Assurance
Quality is the integral part of our organization that is dually taken care of by our quality management system. Our quality auditors are well aware of industrial standards and ensure these are implemented in the production process. They maintain a strict vigil over the entire range and ensure only flawless range is dispatched at clients end. They ensure sourcing of raw material from steel mills is done as per customer QAP. The entire raw material range is tested for chemical and physical composition before being used in the production. Further, 100% ultra testing is carried out to check internal cracks in the material. In addition to this, machining and online checking is carried out for critical diameters (Grinding). We undertake all the requisite measures to ensure our range of shafts and allied products meets the international standards. Certain tests are conducted which comprises the following:
- Quality of raw material
- Chemical and Physical compositions test
- Ultra test to check internal cracks of material
- On line checking system to check the diameters (Grinding)
For final inspection snap gauges are available along with:
- All micrometers (0 to 450)
- Vernier Calipers (0 to 3000mm)
- Thread plug Gauge (4mm to 36 mm)
