For the stirrer shaft entry a lid with ¾ opening hinge and slot window is provided. Silicon gasket ring is also provided. Handle and legs are made out of s.s. 304 pipe. Caster wheel with brake system. S.S. 316 ball valve provided for liquid out at bottom/ side of the vessel.

Filled bottles will enter the capping heads through the conveyor. Caps are to be manually placed on the bottles. The caps are tightened by using the rotating capping system. The heads tighten the cap by rotating it. The caps are tightened by the preset torque setting system.

Put all the brushes in the vibrator. The brushes will be feed to the channel holder of the machine by the help of the vibrator automatically. A lacquer tank is provided in which the brush hair are dipped. The dipping size of the of the brush hair can be adjusted. The dipped brushes will be dried with the help hot air chamber. An S.S. top with in center running conveyor belt is provided. The operators would be sitting next to the conveyor table and opposite to each other. The empty bottles would come on the table conveyor by the turn table or manually the bottles would be placed manually. The operators, for the purpose of filling would insert the bottles into the filling heads; the head would fill the bottle as per the preset level. The head would stop filling when the preset level is filled and the operators would take the filled bottles and keep them on the table conveyor. The bottles would move forward on the conveyor belt, the operator would place the cap brush on the bottle and slightly turn it, as the bottle reaches the capping station the operators sitting on either side would pick the bottle and tighten it by inserting it in the cap tightening head.
The head with taper & ‘VITON’ rubber will grip the cap and tighten it according to the required preset torque.  The bottle will be removed and the next are similarly tightened. Each machine has two heads. This machine is an improvement over the earlier model. It lays a mechanical clutch system which ensures the right amount of tightening and does not damage the cap.
