Machine Operation

The operators, for the purpose of filling would insert the bottles into the filling heads; the head would fill the bottle as per the preset level. The head would stop filling when the preset level is filled and the operators would take the filled bottles and keep them on the table conveyor/Plain table for your further required operations such as manually placing the caps, brushes and labels.

Machine Operation

Take the empty perfume bottle and place it on the holders which are fixed to the rotary star wheel. The rotary star wheel would keep on rotating and the holders would push the bottle up towards the filling head, the head would lock the bottle and due to vacuum the filling would start, when the liquid is filled upto the level, the excess liquid would be automatically sucked into the over-flow jar provided, when the bottle comes down again, out from the filling head, remove the bottle(s) and place the empty bottles again and the process goes on.

Perfume Transfer Pump Operation

When the machine is started, there is a level Switch Provided in the perfume filling tank, which gives an indication to the perfume transfer pump which sucks the perfume from the storage vessel and transfer it into the perfume filling tank, when the filling tank is filled to the level, again the switch gives and indication and stops the transferring process and vice versa.

Machine Operation

Floating Tank Operation

Adjust the height of storage vessel outlet with respect to the inlet of floater tank input, the outlet of storage tank should be higher than the inlet of floating tank, open the valve of storage vessel, the perfume would flow into the tank, and from then on to fill the bottles, as soon as the tanks get filled the ball blocks the outlet of the storage vessel and again would open the valve so as to get the tank filled.

Machine Operation

There are two filling nozzles, which have been given a fixture as such that they can be hold together in one hand. Place the tray with vials on the filling area. The piston sucks the liquid as per the preset volume, now hold the nozzles in one hand and insert at in the vials, there is a preset filling interval set to fill the vials, the nozzle would automatically fill the vial, when the vial is filled, put it in another vial(s), this process goes on. When the tray is completed filled, place another tray with empty vials and take away the filled one.

Three Different Types Of Chilling Machineries Are Available In Flameproof And Non-Flameproof :-

Type :- 1 (Suitable For Manufacturing Room )

Online Chiller Machine With Flameproof Unit And Non-Flameproof Control Panel.

  • Option A) :- Air Cooled.
  • Option B) :- Water Cooled.

Machine Operation:- Of 1A & 1B

Connect the pipe from the manufacturing vessel to the inlet of the chiller machine. Now, switch ‘on’ the chiller machine, the transfer pump would suck the perfume and pass it on to the filter press, where the perfume would get filtered and move on the chiller. The perfume would pass through a number of plate-heat exchanger(s)(PHE), when the perfume is let out, it will move into the storage vessel, the temperature of the perfume would approximately between -1 to -5degree C.

When the procedure is done and the perfume has settled down in the storage vessel, pass the nitrogen gas into the PHE, so that the fragrance of the perfume is distorted. The filtration process can be done before or after chilling process, as per your requirement.

Machine Construction

  • The whole machine is body is made out of M.S. heavy channel and S.S. 304 full cover.
  • The compressor is connected with flameproof motor and driven by v-belts or hermetically scaled.
  • Flameproof Liquid transfer pump, PHE, piping is inbuilt.
  • Control panel made out of M.S. powder coated with all necessary electrical/electronic parts, this control panel is not flameproof, so keep it away from flameproof area.
  • Easy to operate & online chilling system.
  • Nitrogen gas flushing system provided for distorting the fragrance of the perfume left in the PHE.
  • All contact parts will be made out of S.S. 304 L materials.
  • Flameproof motor/start-stop push button.
  • One inlet provided for both perfume ‘in-out’.
  • Sparkle filter press (8 plates) provided for filtration of perfume at one line.
  • Flameproof liquid transfer pump also provided for transferring of perfume from manufacturing vessel to chiller m/c. via filter press.

  • Would come under the filling nozzle, according to the pre-set volume of filling, the bottles would get filled (liquid with viscose as that of oil)
  • Step II:- Optional: - Vaccumetric Level filling (low viscose liquid, eg: - Alcohol based Perfume)

Machine Operation:-

Remove the stirrer shaft by opening the stirrer coupling manually or lift the stirrer shaft in upward direction manually and enter s.s. empty vessel with the castor wheel or with the trolley. Fill the liquid in the vessel. Close the lid with the help of the air tight clamp and start the stirrer as per the preset speed (the speed is set by the frequency drive control). The speed of the stirrer can be varied while the stirrer is in operation. After the mixing is done the stirrer has to be stopped. Release the shaft from coupling and take it out from the vessel. Now either the vessel can be removed or the liquid inside the vessel can be transferred to the storage vessel with the help of a transfer pump. Another batch can be started in the same vessel or a fresh one.
