Swastik Machine Tools is a part of Swastik Group which was established in 1982 by Mr. Sanjay Verma & Mr. Rakesh Talwar. Both are well qualified and experienced. Mr. Rakesh Talwar is Chartered Engineer by Profession. At first the trading activity was only in local makes machinery. Slowly it developed various categories -  i.e. Workshop, Sheet Metal, Garage, Wood Working etc. In 1990, Swastik became the distributor of "lngersoll~Rand" Air Compressor for Nashik, D/m/e & Jalgaon, later on Kirloskar Lathe, Thakoor Drilling Machine, Apex Series of vices all added in the Basket of Swastik Group.

The Group then started another division of manufacturing of Industrial Gas under the name of Swastik Industrial Gases (P) Ltd. The company is ISO 9001-2000 and manufactures Dissolve Acetylene Gas as per IS 308-1988. It also deals in Atmospheric high Purity and special Gases. They also floated another Company in the name of Weld gas Corporation which deals in welding Equipments and consumable like MIG, TIG, Wires & Electrodes.

Precicut Machines is another manufacturing unit which manufactures Induction Motors & Grinders etc. Recently, Swastik has started dealing in Taiwan made Milling / Drilling Machine & ENC and all Geared Lathe from Spain

Lastly, Swastik assures prompt after sales with highly experienced staff trained under parent companies.
