We are committed to offer a wide range of lead free pvc compound for wire and cables. With our concern towards environment, we have managed to keep the content of lead to minimum or nearly zero. Moreover, these compounds can be extruded at high line speed and can be extruded with very low wall thickness. In the presence of our modern processing facilities and R&D unit, we make use of melt mixing technique in a specially designed compounding machine, which can provide a thorough distributive & dispersive mixing action leading to a very consistent and quality compound. We are offering our clients a quality range of PVC and TPE compounds for footwear, which is prepared for manufacturing long lasting shoe sole and other footwear applications. These compounds are formulated using polyblends of modified thermoplastic homopolymer-polyvinyl chloride and a set of chemically reacted special purpose copolymers.

This is done to offer the compound well-balanced qualities and features that are required for manufacturing quality shoe soles.

Manufactured using quality PVC, these compounds are capable of serving the requirements of PVC wire and cables conforming to BIS. BS, IEC and VDE. Moreover, the compounds are prepared to meet stringent requirements for high voltage (II KV) insulation, sheathing, data transfer, fire-resistance, high temperature (105°C) operation, high level of ageing resistance, resistance to petrol & other chemical. In addition to these requirements, the compounds also serve the needs for resistance to UV high level of flame retardancy along with low smoke & low halogen emission, flexibility at low temperature, anti-lermite & anlirodent being some of them.

Our compounds are manufactured in specially designed compounding machine where thorough distributive & dispersive mixing action is imparted. The process not only mixes the ingredients well but also brings about consistent quality in the wire cable compounds.
