We have various technically advanced equipment that supports the production process at our manufacturing unit. Some of the machineries are mixing machines, hydraulic press, extruders, simple press machines and many other. With apt knowledge and expertise we have the production capacity of 500 Kg per month.

We use the raw materials like natural rubber, nitrite rubber, silicon rubber, viton rubber used for the production process. The machineries used in the production process is also regularly oiled and maintained to ensure smooth functioning of the production unit. All the manufacturing process is continuously monitored by our quality controllers. Before the final dispatch, the finished products have to pass through another quality check where they are tested for their performance, endurance etc. In case of any defected piece, it is subject to rejection.
