Achivements
In July 2006, a three months training program of Zari Zardozi was conducted by us, sponsored by Women Artisans Cluster Club, Directorate of Handloom, Bhopal. All the artisans were then registered and insured with the O/o the Dev. Commissioner (Handicrafts), New Delhi
Recently a training cum production centre has been set up in the name of Swayam Siddha Creations which is registered with District Trade & Industries Centre, Bhopal. It is a well furnished and equipped centre having four stitching machines, one embroidery machine, cutting table, chairs, shelves, almirah, wooden addas (for zari work) etc. Almost One hundred artisans (all women) working in different crafts have been registered by the society with Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) New Delhi. Out of which thirty artisans are working for SwayamSiddha. All the items made by these artisans are marketed by the society after giving them the genuine and fair labour charges. The main source of marketing its products is through participation in exhibition, local and national fairs etc.
Various training programs and workshops are also being organized by the society for awareness and development of the artisans. All the artisans are treated as one family and are always encouraged to work in team. This centre has really been a good place for learning and earning to the near by artisans. They not only work at the centre but are also allowed to take the stitching, embroidery work to their homes. The artisans here are all women, so what pleases them most to work with Aprajita is the flexi timing approach and fair trade activity
Participation in fairs and exhibitions – The products made by the artisans are marketed through fairs and exhibitions. Every year atleast 3 – 4 exhibitions are attended by the organization.

Infrastructure

We are backed by a widely spread state of the art infrastructure, which is well furnished with the advance machines. These machines are capable enough to take the production parameters on the large scale to match up the running demand.
