It has been very technical process as the basic raw material is brass sheet,coils& circles.First brassheet is required and are cut into needed size as required, then all it goes by processing in components through power press with high tech precision dies and after all operation gone through thus the shape of a lamp holder is produced ,now comes most important job begun that is the threading or tapping job of those components,which is done by higly aqurate small tapping archs,which firms have 30 to 40 mch.

This process is very technical and takes time as well.each part of lamp is made after 36 to 40 operations. After this entire job done a lamp holder is ready for polish and then is assembled with all quality control (This process is highly technical & precious)
