Promoted by Shri Satya Prakash Mittal and his sons Shri Mahesh Chand Mittal and Shri Umesh Kumar Mittal Sybly Industries Limited is a well profound existing Public Limited Listed company engaged in the manufacturing of Polyester Yarn and Mercerised Cotton Yarn having its Works and Registered Office at Pawan Puri, (Near Canal), Muradnagar, Distt. Ghaziabad (U.P.)

Initially the Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of Sybly Spinning Mills (P) Ltd. In December 1995 the Company converted into a Public Limited Company named as SYBLY SPINNING MILLS LIMITED and came out with a Public Issue of Equity Shares over Rs.245 Lacs which was over subscribed nearly by 2 times. The share of the Company is presently listed at Mumbai Stock Exchange. With the help of this public issue the Company went into a backward integration project for Spinning of Cotton Yarn with the annual capacity of 1125 M.T. of Single Yarn and 660 M.T. of Cord Yarn.

With the changing scenario in the Textile Industry and forcing market of the Polyester Yarn, the Company acted quickly and switched over to manufacturing of Polyester Yarn from Cotton Yarn in November 1999. With the major expansion programme the Company is presently running with the annual production capacity of 3460 M.T. Polyester Yarn and 660 M.T. Mercerised Cotton Yarn running with its optimum capacity.

From January 2001 the Company changed its name to SYBLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED to widen its scope of activities.

During the last 18 years, SIL has expanded, modernized & diversifies its manufacturing facility. Presently, production capacity of SIL is 4120 MT P.A. including 660 MT Cotton Yarn processing.
