Quality Policy / ProcessesOnce we choose the factory we have thorough procedure to control the production and quality of the Garments. Each and every stage of production is approved by our office like Lab dips, Knit down, Lot color approval, shrinkage, Fastness, Pattern, Sizing and Grading, print details, value addition details…. In specific cases after checking in our office its forwarded to buyer for approval as well. Apart from approvals in our office our Quality Assurance Dept checks with the factory for the incorporation of the approval. The Production status, Quality comments are updated in our newly launched web based server which in short time can be viewed by the Buyers which keeps buyers transparent of Production. Apart from Inline quality controlling our team visits the factory unscheduled to check for the quality. Final Inspection is done by our design team to ensure the final product is dispatched as per the requirement.
