SYM-20 is a 100% vegetarian flour improver based on fillers,oxidizing agent[e924], enzymes complex[e1100]. The ratio of the ingredients are established such that the product acts synergistically.

Advantages:

  • SYM-20 is a volume accelerator for the yeast leavened product resulting in superior ovenspring.
  • SYM-20 conditions the dough, hence improving the dough tolerance & relaxation.
