The spectrophotometer that we offer can measure the UV light, ranging from 400 to 700 nanometer (nm) region. This feature helps in quantifying and determining the features of color perception. Further, this device also enables the scientists to take measurements pertaining to the ability of the human eye and mind, thereby helping in the isolation of specific wavelengths that define colors. This process of studying the colors within human perceptive range is known as colorimetry.

We offer our clients with pH Meter, which is a device for pH measurements. This is a precise voltameter, which is connected to the pH electrode that is a kind of ion selective electrode. It produces voltage that is proportional to logarithm of the H+ activity (as described by the Nernst equation). The display is scaled in such a way that the displayed result of measurement is simply the pH of the solution.

Technical Specifications:

• Commercial pH electrodes used in pH meters comprise a H+ selective membrane (which can be made using only very thin glass)
• Internal and external reference electrodes are usually combined in one housing
• There are certain restrictions on the usage of electrodes and the way they are treated in between measurements
• pH meters are in most cases the most suitable way to check pH of the solution, as these are much more precise in comparison to indicators and pH stripes (papers)
• Using properly calibrated pH meter with a good electrode, pH can be measured with +/- 0.01 unit accuracy without any problem
• It is possible to obtain much better precision of measurement, in case of carefully prepared experiments
