Shot Abrasive Blasting Machines

Shot Abrasive Blasting Machines

Shot Abrasive Blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface, or remove surface contaminants. In the early 1900s, it was assumed that sharp-edged grains provided the best performance, but this was later demonstrated to not be correct. When the process of sand blasting was originated, sand was the only abrasive available. To day there are many abrasive; yet the term “ and blasting” is some time used to describe the use of almost any one of them.

Dry Ice Pressing Machines

Dry Ice Pressing Machines

We are adept at manufacturing a wide range of Dry Ice Press. Dry ice, sometimes referred to as "Cardice" or as "card ice" is the solid form of carbon dioxide.

Dry ice is used as a cooling agent. Moreover, for some applications, the convenience of its sublimation "into thin air," in contrast to the melt-water left by warming water ice, may outweigh other costs.

First, gases containing a high concentration of carbon dioxide are produced. Such gases can be a byproduct of some other process, such as producing ammonia from nitrogen and natural gas, or large-scale fermentation.

Second, carbon dioxide-rich gas is pressurized and refrigerated until it changes into its liquid form. Next, the pressure is reduced. When this occurs some liquid carbon dioxide vaporizes, and this causes a rapid lowering of temperature of the remaining liquid carbon dioxide. As a result, the extreme cold causes the liquid to solidify into a snow-like consistency.

Finally, the snow-like solid carbon dioxide is compressed into either small pellets or larger blocks of dry ice.

Our team of creative and innovative engineers ensure that the client gets precisely what they want from our systems, an in order to do that we ensure a high level of customization of our products. We have been of the belief that each product is to be suited precisely for each application at each location.

Metal Spray Guns

Metal Spray Guns

When a product needs to be sprayed it is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized spray gun. The air gun has a nozzle, paint basin, and air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray. Due to a wide range of nozzle shapes and sizes, the consistency of the paint can be varied. The shape of the workpiece and the desired paint consistency and pattern are important factors when choosing a nozzle. The three most common nozzles are the full cone, hollow cone, and flat stream. There are two types of air-gun spraying processes. In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat. In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides. Flame type Metal Spray Gun sprays pure or alloyed metal such as Zinc, Al, Steel, Brass, in wire form by using Oxygen-Acetylene/L.P.G. gases flame and atomized by a blast of compressed Air.

Plasma Spray Coating Services

Plasma Spray Coating Services

With High Pressure Cold Spray, different spray materials can be deposited without subjecting them or the substrate to high thermal loads. Compared to other Thermal Spray processes, such as Plasma Spraying or Combustion Processes, Cold Spray allows coatings with extremely low porosity and an extremely low oxygen content to be produced (formed). Our highly skilled service has been acclaimed for its minimal cost, as compared to competitive products that otherwise would have to be frequently replaced. We help countering problems of Wear, Oxidation and Corrosion in all these industries by specialsed surface coatings.

We provide plasma coating services to:

  • Paper and Pulp Industry
  • Automotive Industry
  • Mining Equipment Manufacturers and Users
  • Aerospace Industry
  • Power Generation Companies
  • Railways
  • Electric and Electronic Industry
