Airless Blasting Machines |
|
We are equipped with the state-of-the-art infrastructural facility which help us to meet the industry requirements. Our factory also has testing facilities to check the final products so that they are free of any defects and adhere to international standards and specifications. Centrifugal Blasting Machines are possible with the help of turbine wheels. These wheels are in sizes of 200 Ø, 300 Ø, 400 Ø & 500 Ø and are driven by electric motors from 5 hp to 60 hp and from 3200 RPM to 2440 RPM. Abrasive throwing capacity varies from 90 kgs/min to 600 kgs/min.

| | Tumblast MachinesAirless blast systems are popular, economical and are high production machines suitable for various industries from casting, forgings, pipes, structural & plates to components of railway wagons and freight containers. We offer a full range of airless blast cleaning machines, section cleaning machines, turntable machines, gasbottle cleaning machines, tumbler type tum blast machine, door mounted hanger, turntable and overhead conveyor machines. In addition we also refurbish existing machines or fit wheel units to your existing machines. The airless blast wheel is the "heart" of the shot blast system. These centrifugal "airless" wheels have an internal impeller and blade design which "slings" the shot at the objects. The Airless Blast systems are possible with the help of turbine wheels. These wheels are in sizes of 200 Ø, 300 Ø, 400 Ø & 500 Ø and are driven by electric motors from 5 hp to 60 hp and from 2440 RPM to 3200 RPM. | | Shot Blasting RoomsSynco make a variety of Blast Room Systems to perform blasting operation inside an enclosure. A blast room is a larger version of a blast cabinet and the blast operator works inside the room. A blast room includes three of the four components of a blast cabinet: the containment structure, the abrasive blasting system and the dust collector. Most blast rooms have recycling systems ranging from manual sweeping and shoveling the abrasive back into the blast pot to full reclaim floors that convey the abrasive pneumatically or mechanically to a device that cleans the abrasive prior to recycling. Basically a Blast Room Systemis made of: - Blast room enclosure
- Abrasive recovery system-mechanical or pneumati
- Abrasive Blaster S7-500 R or S7-1000 R
- Material handling device.
Synco offers modular-blasting rooms customized to your needs. Blasting room is suitable for blasting of variety of jobs. Small to large sized jobs with complex shapes and irregular surfaces can be manually blast cleaned / peened in the blast room. Blast room unit consists of Blast room, abrasive recovery system (manual, semi automatic and automatic), Compressed Air Assisted Pressure Blasting Machines (intermittent or continuous blasting) / Single or multiple wheel air less centrifugal-mechanical, dust extraction unit, and operator’s safety wears.

| | Cabinet Type Shot Blasting (Pressure)A blast cabinet is essentially a closed loop system that allows the operator to blast the part and recycle the abrasive. It usually consists of four components; the containment (cabinet), the abrasive blasting system, the abrasive recycling system and the dust collection. Based on direct pressure principle, the pressure blaster emits the abrasive at high velocity that cleans foreign material from surface rapidly. It is faster than SSB. Pressure blaster is recommended for removal of scale, rust, corrosion, coating, paints, cleaning of castings and forgings, surface preparation.
The operator blasts the parts from the outside of the cabinet by placing his arms in gloves attached to glove holes on the cabinet, viewing the part through a view window, turning the blast on and off using a foot pedal or treadle. Automated blast cabinets are also used to process large quantities of the same component and may incorporate multiple blast nozzles and a part conveyance system.
