Dry Ice Pressing Machines

Share: FacebookTwitterStumble

We are adept at manufacturing a wide range of Dry Ice Press. Dry ice, sometimes referred to as "Cardice" or as "card ice" is the solid form of carbon dioxide.

Dry ice is used as a cooling agent. Moreover, for some applications, the convenience of its sublimation "into thin air," in contrast to the melt-water left by warming water ice, may outweigh other costs.

First, gases containing a high concentration of carbon dioxide are produced. Such gases can be a byproduct of some other process, such as producing ammonia from nitrogen and natural gas, or large-scale fermentation.

Second, carbon dioxide-rich gas is pressurized and refrigerated until it changes into its liquid form. Next, the pressure is reduced. When this occurs some liquid carbon dioxide vaporizes, and this causes a rapid lowering of temperature of the remaining liquid carbon dioxide. As a result, the extreme cold causes the liquid to solidify into a snow-like consistency.

Finally, the snow-like solid carbon dioxide is compressed into either small pellets or larger blocks of dry ice.

Our team of creative and innovative engineers ensure that the client gets precisely what they want from our systems, an in order to do that we ensure a high level of customization of our products. We have been of the belief that each product is to be suited precisely for each application at each location.

Industrial Dry Ice Press

Synco Industries Ltd in collaboration with Enotech Gmbh is pleased to introduce Dry Ice Presses to the Indian Market. These presses will be fully automatic and would be available in two models namely DP 100/1 and DP 150/2.These are hydraulically operated systems for compresseing carbon dioxide snow for making dry ice blocks and discs of dry ice.

Our technologically advanced machinery and industry leading cutting edge processes, have ensured our international repute. We are equipped with the state-of-the-art infrastructural facility which help us to meet the industry requirements. Our factory also has testing facilities to check the final products so that they are free of any defects and adhere to international standards and specifications.

A few of the benefits our our machinery is highlighted below:

  • Continuously adjustable block sizes. Individual block dimensions are possible.
  • Low sublimation losses for constant product quality and predictable refrigerating performance.
  • Production can be flexibly adapted to amount needed.
  • Ease of operation. Fully automatic presses.
  • Two independent pressing modules (Redundancy).
