For more than 10 years, he has worked at Dr. Reddy’s laboratories at various levels from a group leader to Manager of R&D unit. At the laboratory, he has developed the process for over 20 active Pharmaceutical ingredients and several organic intermediates. Furthermore, Dr. B.S. Reddy has also implemented at Pilot plant for commercial scaling of the statutory requirements.

In addition to this, our mentor has extensive experience in the fine chemical field at Heterocyclics and Basr Technologies where he was the Managing Partner, and was also responsible for strategic planning, product development, identifying business opportunities, talent management and culture building. With his expertise, he has been able to develop over 500 new chemical entities (specialty chemicals), and supply it to some of the most prominent catalog companies including Aldrich, Lancaster, Apollo and Global Research Institutions.
