Quality Policy / ProcessesMaximum emphasis is laid on Quality Control and Quality Assurance, as quality is given prime importance at Synmedic. Sophisticated instruments including U.V. Spectrophotometer, H.P.L.C, G.C & F.T.I.R Spectrophotometer are used for qualitative as well as quantitative analysis. Tests are performed by well trained, highly qualified and experienced analytical chemists for achieving the best in quality control. Accelerated and Real time stability studies are carried out according to ICH (International Conference on Harmonization) guidelines to ensure that the quality of all products remains consistent throughout their shelf life. In-house facilities for Analytical Method Development and Validation as well as impurity profiling enable us to produce world class quality.
Our Quality Assurance Department assures that Quality systems based on continuous improvement of process, performance & product quality following latest cGMP and GLP guidelines are implemented. This involves continuous monitoring, recording and correction of all process stages. Validation of procedures, processes, HVAC system, water system and other aspects are carried out as per internationally accepted protocols. Standard Operating procedures in writing are available to all personnel to guide them in performing their respective tasks.
