TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)
We offer Synoprene®TPR, it is a part of polymers family that displays rubber like properties having styrenic based segment to achieve excellent strength, besides conventional vulcanized rubber, it has better properties to make replacement application of rubber and soft plastic in the sense of processing and end uses. Our compounding ability makes TPR as a homogeneous composition to achieve excellent quality and processability.
This Synoprene® TPR is based on styrenic as hard segment & soft phase consists of rubbery butadiene center and crystalline styrene at ends. It can merge well with many other elastomers, extenders, modifiers and other resins. All these combinations can be controlled to vary such properties as tack stiffness, softening temperatures and cohesive strengths according to the needs of specific and general usage. It is being widely accepted due to its various range in cost effective and value engineered concepts.

TPE / U (Thermoplastic Elastomers / Urethanes )
We offer best quality Thermoplastic elastomer/ Urethanes Synoprene® TPE that is ionized cross linked blend of polyvinyl chloride with synthetic rubbers that gives homogeneous compound with excellent hybrid properties. Our TPE gives cost effective, convection vulcanized rubbers and can be easily achieved in replacement applications. This can easily bridge gap between vinyl's and rubbers.
Our Synoprene® TPE thermoplastic elastomer is a blend of rubber and plastic in terms of processing it is clearly a plastic, however in terms of performance it is a rubber.
This Synoprene® TPE is a blend of elastomer and synthetic rubber which is partially cores linked and gives excellent synergistic effects & properties.

TPO/ XL (Thermoplastic Olefins/ Vulcanizates)
We manufacture superb performance Synoprene® TPO/ XL that is the blend of EPR or EPDM crossed link with PP in the desired ration. Our EPDM acts as a soft segment with rubber effects while PP hard segment having high bearing capacity offers high bearing capacity, high flexural fatigue and superb impact.
These Synoprene® TPO/ XL are elastomer which combine the processability of thermoplastic with the better performance features of convectional thermoset rubber. Our Synoprene® TPO / XL is the combination of EPR or EPDM cross linked with PP in the desired ration in which EPR acts as a soft segment with rubber effect while PP acts as a hard segment.
