Our clients can avail from us an extensive range of De-mineralization Plants, which is used to eliminate all the dissolved impurities such as cation and anion present in the water. Further, these plants are also effective in removing positively charged cations and negatively charged anions. High efficiency and low operating cost have made these plants popular amongst food, cement and paper industries.

Our range includes:

• Two Bed Systems: It is used where the amount of total dissolved solid is low. It is compact and ensures total utilization of vessel space.
• Two Bed with Degasification: It is used where amount of alkaline is high. This system removes carbon dioxide during degasification, which in turn reduces the load on anion exchange resin.
• Three Bed With Degasification: It is ideal for high capacity plants having silica and EMA contents in raw water. It is economical to operate and in tandem with international quality standards.

By retaining the solid present in the water, our range allows only liquid to pass through. Appreciated for optimum filtration, these filters are used where turbidity of water is not suitable for process application.

Our range includes:

Pressure Sand Filters: These Filters offered by us, provide hygienic and clean water by eradicating all the contaminants present in the water. These filters are basically a closed cylindrical vessel consisting of a bed of granular media over a collector system. Manufactured using finest grade basic material, our range is durable and in compliance with desired quality norms.

Process of Filtering:

• Raw water, that is to be filtered, enters from the top of shell
• Water, then percolates downward through the filter bed and is drawn off through the collector system at the bottom
• Periodically this flow is reversed and the filter is backwashed to carry away the dirt which accumulates on the filter bed

Active Carbon Filters: These carbon filters are used in various drinking applications to eliminate organics and to recycle waste water.

Iron Removal Filters: In these filters, manganese zeolite unit is continuously fed with potassium permanganate. This helps in oxidizing iron, manganese or H2S to an insoluble state before the water reaches to a manganese zeolite bed.

We supply Water Softening Plant that makes water soft by removing hardness from it. The exchanger of this plant is regenerated with sodium chloride brine when the ion exchange bed is saturated with the hardness constituents. This plant is economical and uses the proven technique of counter-flow and co-flow regeneration techniques.

It is equipped with steel or FRP vessel, with multi port or diaphragm valve providing with piping, which permits following essential operations:

• Backwash
• Regeneration
• Rinsing
• Operation

A single unit is sufficient for the plant if storage capacity is provided for water softener. In case of larger plants, more than one unit is required so that one can be taken out for servicing and another one can be utilized for softening water.
