IV Cannula Assembly Machines

The needle assembly machine with automatic needle hub loading and automatically removing of assembled needles from station and put on linear feeder. Then the assembled needles are also unloaded automatically on the stands. The out put of the machine is approx 1400 pcs per hour with approx 99% needle orientation and plus/minus 0. 1 mm length variation (which is very precise needle length). The loading as well as unloading of inputs and finished product is automatic.

In this machine,Cup is formed at one end of teflon tube to fix the slip ring. The Machine has 2 station & 6 tracks on each station.Most of the parts are manufactured at CNC Wire Cut machine like punches, Stripper plates, Magazine plates, Punch Guide plates & Sliders etc.For ease of operatios we fix 2 stations at one table. One station is fixed for one size. For example you need 4 stations (2 Machines) for 18G, 20G, 22G & 24G. The output of the machine per station is 2250~2500 Pieces Per Hour. Hence the output of the machine is 4500~5000 Pieces Per Hour. And one operator can operate 3~4 machines easily.

This Machine is used to assemble two parts (Luer Lock & Flash Back Chamber). This machine has 2 tracks as well as 4 tracks according to the requirement of our customers.Flash Back Chambers are fed via Pin feeders and Luer Locks via Bowl feeder/Linear feeder. The both parts are assembled with the help of Pick & Place Unit and discharged through Chute.The machine gives output from 4,500 pcs. to 9,000 pcs. per hour depending upon the nos. of tracks. The machine is very precise. Most of the parts are manufactured at CNC machines.

• For 2 tracks 2 nos and for 4 tracks 4 nos of separate motors are used to feed the FBC in Pin Feeders.

• Output of the machine is between 4,500 ~ 9,000 pcs per hour depending upon the tracks selected.

Tip Forming is the heart of the IV Cannula; Penetration force depends upon the quality of the Tip Formed. This depends upon the quality of material of the Teflon Tube, Quality of Siliconization and angles of the Tip Forming Die. This machine is also designed on 2 Tracks, Single Station. This Machine is very compact & precise.
