Control Panel Boards

Motor Control Centers are the panel assemblies such that all the motors of wide variety installed at different places for different applications in a workstation can be operated from one place with all the protection devices provided in the panels. These are available in a wide variety from Single DOL panel for individual machines to as many DOL’s as required by you in a single panel.

A photograph showing few MCC panels, that we are manufacturing is shown here. We have the facility to manufacture these panels from CRCA sheet duly powder coated or hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel and pre-galvanized sheet. These are manufactured in Indoor Type, Outdoor type, Flush type and Desk according to its application.

Our MCC involves following features:

• Remote control operation facility
• MCCB for protection
• Change over switch for circuit change from mains to DG and vice-versa
• Direct on line starters that includes MCB, contactor, thermal overload relay and connectors.
• Bus Bars of proper rating duly covered with acrylic sheet for safety.
• Aluminium strip for earthing
• Panel light and fan for ventilation.
• Many more features that solves many practical problems.

These include the latest innovation of our industry. Its main function is that, if one source of power supply shuts down, then it automatically transfers the whole system to the second power supply source available and returns back the whole system to the first power supply source, when the first power supply source is fed back again.

We are manufacturing fully automated changeover panels that can change over the system in-between the five power supply sources, if available, according to the required sequence. The Electrical 7 Mechanical interlocking system is provided in the panel for such an arrangement along with ATS(Auto Transfer Switch)

Also, ATS works as a circuit breaker if any kind of electrical problem like Earth fault, Short circuit, Over load, Over current or Voltage, under current or voltage, etc. persists in the system.

Distribution panels distribute the total power received from the local supply, to the various departments of the industry according to the loads of various departments. These panels include mainly MCCB, one for every department that protects that section of the load from the electrical hazards.

These are manufactured from CRCA Sheet of thickness from 1.6mm to 3.2mm, duly powder coated after proper chemical treatment.

Special Feature of Our Distribution Panel

• We are manufacturing 3Mtrs Long, 2.5 Mtrs High and 1.25 Mtrs wide panel in a single piece, as we are having such a large powder coating plant. No panel builder, manufacture such a large sized panel in a single piece.

Drive panels are used to save the power in the industries where there is huge power requirement like Sugar mills, Steel plants, Fefineries, thermal power plants etc. The Drives are available in AC as well as DC. These drives are PLC based and saves electricity upto 30%, which in such large plants matters a lot. Drive panels are manufactured for small machineries also such as agricultural machines and synchronous machines.

We also offer precision made pneumatic control panel board to be used for various control related functions. The pneumatic panel uses compressed air for operation. The valves are operated by means of supply of 230/24 VAC/ Dc etc. valves are easily controlled with on/ off supply, sometimes I to P converter is used. In this case the valve is controlled by means of an on/off supply and 4 – 20 ma input current
