Infrastructure:

The company possesses a manufacturing unit, spread over an area of 4500 sq. ft. It is equipped with varied machines and holds an installed capacity of 15 units. We have an in-house design unit with CAD / CAM product design and development facility. Various machines installed in the unit consist of are as follows:

• Lathe machines
• Horizontal borings
• Milling machines
• Cylindrical grinder
• Surface grinder
• Radical drill

These machines operate round the clock to ensure that the orders are complete within the set time frame. Their efficiency is ensured by continuous inspection carried out by a team of experts.

We possess an established R&D department which is responsible for the range of engineered products offered by us. The department is engaged in carrying out various research works and in recommending various methods/techniques to enhance the quality and performance of our products. The R&D department includes different teams such as statisticians, researchers, communication professionals, economists and scientists. They conduct researches, collect statistics, supervise it and evaluate it to provide information that assists us in taking evidence based decisions to better our products.

Product Portfolio: We deal in a range of engineering products categorized as high pressure homogenizers and triplex pumps. The array of our finest quality products are developed by using standard materials that are procured from our reliable vendors. Gamut of our products includes homogenizer models, triplex models, dosing system with fixed stirrer, diaphragm metering / dosing, metering pump with auto controller skid mounted chemical dosing systems, jacketed Teflon coated pumps & accessories & high speed stirrer. To make these products we use raw materials that include MS & SS, moulded cast iron & some fabricated body.

We have our own warehouse facility with a capacity of 50 units. It is categorized as per the products produced. Our ware house is equipped for emergency crisis like fire, rain and other natural calamities. In engineering products packaging plays a very vital role and we take utmost care while doing it. We use wood as packaging material and make sure it is done carefully. We do the packaging as per suggestions given by our clients.

Under the constant guidance of company’s CEO Mr. Baby Thomas, we have established a diligent and competent workforce. It comprises of engineers, who are tactically grouped into different teams. This grouping allows us to properly execute and fulfill the received orders, within the predetermined time.

The company is committed to ensure quality in its products. We perform in-house quality checks that employ stringent quality procedures at different stages of the production of products. We possess a separate testing facility to perform various quality tests. The raw materials are quality inspected by our quality supervisors at the time of procuring. The entire manufacturing process is done under their strict vigil. They also check the end products on different parameters.
