• Bending with hydraulic press to form structure sections
• Fabrication of welded transport section, mounting plates and covers
• A fully conveyorised, well equipped pre-treatment plant with seven-tank phosphating as per IS: 3618
• Paint shop fitted with best power coating facilities, with booths and diesel fired/electric ovens
• Assembling of components, wiring and testing by competent staff
• Machine shop with the latest models of shearing, bending, punching

• Inward material Q.C. Cell with all facilities and instruments for checking of physical parameters
• Testing of components by using required testing equipment
• Testing of compete physical and electrical check of the parameters as per relevant standards / specific project requirements.
• Temperature rise test facility for current up to 400Amps
