We design and develop variable frequency drive (VFD) panels which are manufactured as per customer requirement. These can be adjusted according to the speed of the motor, which is required in all the process industries and machinery manufacturers. Drive is used as energy saving device for some of the machines to save power during no load or it is used as final control element of the closed loop control application where the speed of the motor is changed to control one parameter. Some of the application is provided with manual speed control of the motors. These are the open loop control applications.

LT distribution panels are offered up to a continuous thermal rating 2500 Amp top and bottom bus bars, with a temperature rise far below the limits of IS 8623 (Part -D 1993) requirements. Standard features of our LT distribution panels are :

• Single front, IP:52
• 50KA, short circuit withstand capacity
• Form 1V separation

We design and develop power control panels which are modeled to house items such as: Medium or low-voltage switchgear, incoming and outgoing feeders, motor control centers, to the various utilities. Based on the connected load the incomer rating is decided. In case of more than 1 incomer suitable bus couplers are provided with interlocks. The power control panels (PCP) are carefully designed, wired, tested and factory assembled, with electrical equipment installed inside.

We can also develop power control panels that offer customized solution for our customer's requirements. With our range of PCP customers can save costs not only on installments but also on equipment storage and easy maintenance. Power control panels has various switches for various hoses with design in compartmentalized, non-compartmentalized constructions. All panels are manufactured in different sections for big PCP. All the sections are together with copper/ Aluminum bus bar.

Design and Develop of motor control Panels is capable to feed larger loads and come with multiple power stabs, to support high capacity industrial motors. We are capable to manufacture motor control panels (MCP) with any specifications provided by customers.
